Appointment Deposit Policy:
To ensure a seamless booking experience, we require a $5.00 -$10.00 deposit to secure your dress fitting appointment. This deposit will be APPLIED toward your purchase at the time of your visit or REFUNDED should you not find your perfect look!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit is fully refundable as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Dress Fitting: Our dress fitting service ensures that your chosen gown fits you like a glove. During your appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to try on your dress, and we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure it flatters your figure and feels comfortable.
Dress Customization: Transform your dream dress into reality with our customization service. From fabric selection to intricate details like beading, lace, and embroidery, the designer will work with you to create a dress that is uniquely yours.
